Matcha Lime and Pistachio Protein Pops

Packed with plant-powered protein and the antioxidant benefits of matcha, these pops are your perfect companion for energy and focus.

 

INGREDIENTS
For 4 mini pops
1 cup greek yoghurt
1 tbs vanilla protein powder
1 tbs chopped pistachio nuts
1 tsp @stormandindia Mood Matcha powder
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp vanilla
Melted chocolate to coat

 

HOW TO MAKE
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients apart from the chocolate, and save a little of the chopped pistachio to sprinkle at the end.
Place into a large silicone ice tray, or something similar, and place half an ice block stick in the middle.
Set in the freezer and then coat in melted chocolate and dip in the remaining pistachio.
