MATCHA MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL
Our green breakfast bowl is delicious topped with your favourite fresh fruit, activated grains and coconut yoghurt.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango
a large handful of greens e.g. Kale or Spinach
1 ½ teaspoons Storm & India Power Matcha
1/3 cup plant based milk or coconut water
optional - a tablespoon of plant based protein powder
Topping suggestions
Mango
Coconut yoghurt
Activated buckwheat
Coconut flakes
And whatever else your heart desires
Method
1. Add all ingredients (excluding toppings) to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. You may have to pause and scrape down the sides a few times to get it moving.
2. Pour into a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy.
