Mood Matcha Banana Pancakes
So simple to make, with only a handful of ingredients, and they make a fantastic grab-and-go wholefood snack. Serve with your favourite yoghurt, or spread with some nut butter and fresh sliced fruit.

1 very ripe organic banana, smashed, until smooth with a fork
2 organic eggs
2 TBS of your favourite protein powder, we suggest a vanilla variety so as to not affect the gorgeous green colour of the Storma + India Mood Matcha
1 TBS Storma + India Mood Matcha powder
Optional Ingredients + Toppings
1 tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Cinnamon
Yoghurt
Storma + India Healing Honey

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until smooth. Heat a little coconut oil, or organic butter in a pan and fry of the batter in small pancake sized rounds until slightly browned on both sides. Transfer to a paper towel, and serve with your toppings, or allow to cool, and enjoy later.
