Pink Matcha Freddo
Our radiant skin-boosting Pink Matcha Freddo is a delicious afternoon pick-me-up. With its beautiful colour and flavour, it is a delightful way to boost your energy levels while also providing a daily dose of antioxidants and collagen.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup organic milk
1 tsp Storm + India Zen Matcha
½ cup fresh strawberries
2 tbs organic cream
1 tsp Storm + India Beauty Honey
1 tsp marine collagen
Splash of 80 degree water
Ice
Rose petals
HOW TO MAKE
Place two large ice cubes in your glass.
Pour in ½ cup milk.
In a blender, combine strawberries, ½ cup milk, collagen, cream and
Storm + India Beauty Honey and blend on high for 30 seconds. Pour into your glass.
Add the Zen Matcha with a splash of water to your matcha vessel and using a bamboo whisk, whisk in a M shape for 30 seconds and then pour into your glass and sprinkle with rose petals. Happy Drinking 🌸
