Post Workout Smoothie
Our green hydration smoothie is a great way to get everything your body needs in one drink. We love our green smoothies first thing in the morning to replace breakfast on the go or enjoy after your morning swim or gym session.
Ingredients
1 celery stalk
1 frozen banana
1 handful of spinach
1 tablespoon of plant-based protein powder
1 teaspoon of Storm + India Power Matcha Powder
1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger peeled and grated
250ml coconut water
Juice of half a lime
Handful of ice
How to Make
Blend on high and serve.
