2 Cups boiling water
Seasonal herbs (Nettle, Kawakawa, Lemon balm, Fresh ginger)
Seasonal greens (Broad Beans, NZ Spinach, Nasturtium, Broad bean shoots)
How to Make
Place all your greens and herbs in your serving bowl and set aside.
Make a pot of S+I Beauty tea, I added extra grated ginger.
Strain the tea over the bowl of greens and place a plate on top to trap in the essential oils and cook the greens.
Leave for 4 minutes, enjoy.
