Terms and Conditions
- To enter the entrant must subscribe to the StormandIndia newsletter by entering their email and subscribing to newsletters through the StormandIndia website www.stormandindia.com or www.stormandindia.com.au by midnight Friday 31st August 2018.
- Entry is open to new and current subscribers
- Limited to one entry per subscription email.
- Entry is open to New Zealand and Australian residents.
- Entry is not open to residents of NSW/ACT Australia.
- Any costs associated with entering remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
- The competition commences Saturday 25 August 2018 and closes 11.59pm on Sunday 2 September 2018. Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
- There are 40 StormandIndia Matcha tins to be won to the value of $19 each. With 40 individual winners winning 1 StormandIndia Matcha tin each.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Winners will be notified by a comment on the StormandIndia Facebook competition post by 4:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 6 September 2018. Winners will be required to send back their postal address by e-mailing hello@stormandindia.com in order to receive the prize.
- Winners will be selected at random.
- Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winners, in the event that for any reason the winners cannot be notified after reasonable attempts, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after three months, it will be redrawn at the same time and place as the original draw and the winner notified by comment on StormandIndia Facebook page.
- By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
