What daily ritual means the most to you?

Being fully present with my children.
Taking time each day to hug them, hear their stories, notice the little moments and simply enjoy being together. Those everyday connections are what I treasure most.

Your favourite tea moment?

As the day winds down, especially in summer, you'll usually find me in the garden with Gidon, sharing a cup of freshly picked lemon verbena tea. During the cooler months, my mornings begin with a comforting cup of Storm & India Detox Morning Blend—a simple ritual that helps me ease into the day.

Which space in your home do you feel most connected to?

The garden and my studio. They're places where ideas take shape, creativity comes naturally and there's always permission to get your hands dirty.

Why do you enjoy growing your own flowers and produce?

There's something incredibly rewarding about nurturing plants from season to season. Beyond the fresh ingredients and beautiful blooms, I love seeing the children become so familiar with the garden—knowing what's ready to pick, recognising the changing seasons and discovering fruit at its peak. It helps them feel connected to nature and part of the entire growing process.

What does healthy living look like for you?

For me, it's about staying grounded and not being swept up in what everyone else is doing. I try to focus on what feels right for my own family and wellbeing.

Where do you find inspiration for your creative work?

Curiosity keeps my creativity alive. I enjoy paying attention to the small details in everyday life, because that's often where the most interesting ideas begin. Seeing both the subtle and the simple creates space to keep learning, evolving and making.
