Banana Bread Matcha Muffins

The perfect blend of ripe bananas, rich chocolate, and vibrant Mood Matcha, these muffins are both indulgent and energizing. Packed with natural sweetness and a hint of green goodness, they’re our new favourite on the go treat

INGREDIENTS
Dry ingredients
1 cup almond meal
½ cup coconut flour
2 tsp @stormandindia Mood Matcha
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Wet ingredients
2 ripe bananas smashed
2 eggs
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt
¼ cup coconut sugar
½ cup chopped dark chocolate


HOW TO MAKE
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix together the wet ingredients, to then add to the dry.
Combine everything together and place it into a lined muffin tray.
Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes, or until slightly browned on top. Allow to cool and enjoy.
