HEMP & MATCHA RAW CHOCOLATE
We collaborated with Cameron Sims of Plant Culture to bring you this moreish raw chocolate recipe. This is plant-based goodness at its finest! Use a shallow dish or chocolate moulds if you have them.
1 tablespoon hemp seed oil
1 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon S&I Power Matcha
2 tablespoons sweetener (coconut sugar, agar, artisan honey)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or paste (avoid liquid extract or the chocolate may not set)
Pinch of salt
Spices, a pinch of cinnamon, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, coffee
Edible essential oils (peppermint, orange, lavender)
Melt coconut oil, then mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a shallow dish or chocolate moulds. Pop in the fridge or freezer. When coconut oil solidifies, it is ready.
