Imperial Earl Grey Hot Chocolate
A delicious, aromatic and comforting earl grey hot chocolate is the perfect treat on these spring days.
Ingredients
*For the cacao paste
2 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp melted cacao butter
1 tsp maple syrup
*For the hot chocolate
3 tsp cacao powder
2 tsp organic sugar
A splash of hot water
2 tsp @stormandindia Imperial Earl Grey Tea, steeped for at least 5 minutes
Your favourite milk, heated, and frothed

How to Make
In a small dish, stir together the cacao, cacao butter and maple to make a chocolate paste.
Run this around the inside of your hot chocolate cup or glass.
Pour in the earl grey and the hot chocolate mix into your cup or glass, third of the way up, followed by the frothed milk.
Finish with a sprinkle of cacao and enjoy!
