Matcha Pancake Stack

INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
¾ cup almond meal
1 banana
2 eggs
½ cup milk or your choice
2 tbs coconut sugar
2 tsp @stormandindia Mood Matcha
1 tsp baking powder
Greek or coconut yoghurt, maple syrup and berries to serve
HOW TO MAKE
In a blender whiz all the ingredients until thick and smooth.
Heat some coconut oil in a pan and cook off the pancake mix in your desired sizes.
Serve hot with your toppings and enjoy!
