Storm + India Vegan Matcha Pops

Perfect for warmer days and a beautiful way to get some extra fruit in. Ideal as Mood Matcha Pops or play around with some fun toppings such as melted chocolate or Tasmanian freeze dried berries.  


Recipe for 3 pops – just multiply for larger batches

250mls coconut cream
½ a ripe banana
¼ cup mango, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 heaped tsp Storm + India Mood Matcha
Optional toppings

How to Make

Place all the ingredients into a high powdered blender and whiz until smooth. Pour into ice-block moulds and into the freezer to set.
Once set hard, remove from the moulds and sprinkle over your chosen toppings if using. Enjoy straight from the freezer
