VEGAN JELLIES
These homemade Vegan Fruit Jellies are a fun healthy treat for little kids and adults. Made from the natural goodness of freeze dried raspberry powder and our Berry Cassis Tea.
Ingredients
20g Storm&India Berry Cassis
500ml boiling water
10g Raspberry Powder
3 Tbsp Agar Agar flakes
How to Make
1. Pour the boiling water over the Berry Cassis and raspberry powder, stir and leave to steep for 20 minutes.
2. Strain the tea into a pot, add the agar agar and whisk to combine. Heat to simmer and simmer for 6 minutes, stirring every minute or so.
3. Remove from the heat and pour the jelly into silicone molds.
4. Place into the refrigerator until set.
*You do not need silicone molds for this recipe, the jellies can be set in a container and sliced into children’s bite-sized pieces.
