Coconut Chai Porridge

This unique-tasting porridge is infused with Coconut Chai tea and coconut milk, sweetened with honey and topped with peanut butter, berries and coconut.

1 TBS Storm + India Coconut Chai Tea
2 cups coconut milk
1 TBS Storm + India Zen Honey or pure maple
1 cup oats
Toppings of peanut butter, berries, coconut and extra Storm + India Zen Honey

--------------------

Brew the Storm + India Coconut Chai tea with the coconut milk, gently, on the stove, on low heat. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes so the milk fully infuses.

Strain and stir through the oats, along with the Storm + India Zen Honey.

Serve warm with your chosen toppings, or like we have with peanut butter, chopped strawberries and desiccated coconut.
